Mechanical Engineering & Design
3D modelling & BIM capabilities are created for client review during the design process and seamless transition to fabrication. Models can be integrated into BIM to efficiently plan, construct and manage building infrastructure. Prosysco utilizes the latest technology, such as laser scanning and reality capture to design, build and integrate equipment in existing environments more efficiently and reducing installation time onsite.
Engineering calculations for various applications:
– Code calculations for vessels, fittings and structure
– Thermal Expansion Analysis
– Piping Stress Analysis
– Structural Design (e.g. platforms)
Engineering design for certification and approval (e.g. CRN applications for custom fittings, tanks, etc. ) for both custom skidded projects and field piping installation projects.
Prosysco’s mechanical design for vessels & piping systems are per industry standards: ASME, ULC, CSA and API.
Process Engineering & Design
During the conceptual phase, the process engineers will work with the client to develop preliminary designs, such as the preparation of process flow diagrams. They advance conceptual designs and complete detailed process engineering & preparation of P&IDs. Additionally, they collaborate and coordinate with the mechanical engineering team and procurement team to complete equipment sizing and component selection
