Process Piping
Many highly regulated industries, including Dairy, Food/Beverage, Biotech and Pharmaceutical, require process systems to include high purity and sanitary piping to meet safety and cleanability requirements.
The orbital welding technique is used on high purity piping to create smooth welds in order to avoid the entrapment of any particulates. The pipes then undergo a borescopic examination to visually inspect the tube welds to detect any defects, incomplete penetration or imperfections.
