PRESSURE VESSELS
Prosysco designs and builds vessels and tanks to suit each individual application. These vessels and tanks can be formulated for standalone use or for seamless integration with other components like piping, heat exchangers, mixing systems, jackets, and more. Our expertise enables us to create customized tanks and vessels:
DIAMETER
Up to 16 feet

HEIGHT
±40 feet high
CAPACITY
±20,000GAL (±75,000L)
PSI
P/T Rating as required
We customize the design and build of vessels to align precisely with the client’s process specifications and applications. This encompasses factors such as vertical or horizontal orientation, size, volume, material composition, different types of heads, specifications for jackets, accessories like railings and ladders, and necessary support structures.
Our vessel designs and builds strictly adhere to the design requirements outlined in ASME SECTION VIII DIV1, as well as the standards set forth by CSA B51 and ASME BPE.
Process and Pressure Vessels include:
- Batching and Blending (Mixing) Tanks/Vessels
- Aseptic Vessels
- Bioreactor Vessels
- Storage Vessels/Holding Tanks
- (Pure Water)PW/(Water for Injection)WFI Tanks
- Mobile Compounding Tanks
- Shipper Vessels

MODULAR sKIDS
Modular skid fabrication methods places a conventional stick-build system design into a self-contained unit. This design involves creating a skidded process system within a frame, facilitating easy transportation and seamless integration of systems. This results in a more compact footprint and a design that is easily portable.
Prosysco’s team is dedicated to building a modular process system that is precisely tailored to your specific needs and process applications, whether they involve a single application or multiple ones.
We possess the expertise and capacity to conceive, develop, and manufacture custom process equipment that aligns with your specified requirements. Our team of engineers excels at providing innovative and out of the box solutions to optimize your process equipment and enhance its applications.
High purity and sanitary
pROCESS PIPING
Many highly regulated industries, including Dairy, Food & Beverage, Biotech and Pharmaceutical, require process systems to include high purity and sanitary piping to meet safety and cleanability requirements.
The orbital welding technique is used on high purity piping to create smooth welds in order to avoid the entrapment of any particulates. The pipes then undergo a borescopic examination to visually inspect the tube welds to detect any defects, incomplete penetration or imperfections.
Process Piping adheres to the following standards:
ASME B31.3 Process Piping Code
ASME Bioprocessing Equipment (BPE)
electrical applications
INSTRUMENTATION & CONTROLS
We are experts in the development of control panels configured to your specific application needs. We design and integrate specialized control panels in order to maximize your manufacturing efficiency.
Our Automation team assembles power and control circuit components types of panels below:
- HMI Panels
- Motor Controls & Starters
- Operator Consoles
- PLC Panels
- Pneumatic Panels
- Stop/Start Stations
- VFD Panels
In addition to designing and building control panels, our Automation Solutions department is certified to apply the CSA mark to compliant industrial control panels for Canadian and U.S. markets.
Materials USED FOR PROCESS EQUIPMENT
Tanks are built using stainless steel that’s best suited for the tank’s application:
Stainless steel 304/304L
Best-suited for high heat applications, 304 stainless steel improves corrosion resistance. It is composed of 18-20% chromium and 8-12% nickel.
Stainless steel 316/316L
316/316L is composed of 6 to 18% chromium, 10 to 14% nickel and 2% molybdenum. Compared to 304/304L, 316/316L has higher resistance to corrosion making it more suitable for chemical applications.
AL6XN
This alloy provides longevity and resistance to corrosion caused by high concentration of chlorides, high temperature, acidic pH levels, making it resistant to chloride pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. The AL6XN alloy contains between 23.5 and 25.5% nickel, 20 to 22% chromium, 6 to 7% molybdenum. AL6XN is recognized by ASME BPE standard.
Hastelloy
a nickel alloy that contains 56% nickel, 22% chromium, and 13% molybdenum in addition to tungsten providing superior resistance against oxidizing media like buffer solutions. Hastelloy is recognized by ASME BPE standard.
