The Design-Build Process

Prosysco’s design-build approach offers a “one-stop shop” solution for our clients and partners who require custom equipment or field installations. We can work with your team to develop the conceptual design and capital budget estimates. Alternatively, we can complete the detailed engineering from an existing process design or design specifications. The Design-Build project delivery model is best suited for clients who need to execute projects on an expedited timeline or who may require additional resources or support managing multiple contractors and scopes of work.

All fabrication is completed in our ASME-certified facilities, including control panel fabrication and  electrical wiring. Because nothing is outsourced, all aspects of the project execution are under our control. Our project manager is responsible for the coordination of all project related activities, including managing equipment installation and our field fabrication team, serving as your one point of contact throughout the project.

The first step is providing us with your concept specifications and requirements. We will work with the client to develop preliminary designs, such as the preparation of P&ID and equipment layouts. Based on the scope of work provided, Prosysco will put together an accurate bid outlining equipment cost estimates and construction schedules. Bid accuracy is crucial to us! We want to ensure there are no hidden or unexpected costs to you during the lifecycle of the project.
